Established in 2010, The Short Film Mantra is an independent film and cultural platform dedicated to promoting filmmakers, artists, creators and innovative storytellers from India and around the world.

For more than 17 years, The Short Film Mantra has been creating opportunities for independent filmmakers and creative professionals through international film festivals, awards, screenings, networking initiatives and recognition programmes.

Our mission is to discover, promote, recognize and celebrate creative talent while providing meaningful opportunities for the filmmakers and digital creators to showcase their work, connect with audiences and gain wider recognition.

 

 

 

Since 2010, The Short Film Mantra has organized international short film festivals that provide independent filmmakers with a platform to showcase their work to audiences and creative communities from different parts of the world.

Our festivals have received more than 14,000 film submissions from filmmakers across the world, representing diverse stories, cultures, creative perspectives and filmmaking talent.

OTT Cinema Awards

The OTT Cinema Awards recognize outstanding achievements in OTT entertainment and digital storytelling.

The awards celebrate excellence across various areas, including OTT films, web series, performances, direction, writing, cinematography, editing, music, technical excellence, digital content creation, social media content, People's Choice Awards and Special Jury Awards.

Outstanding productions, artists and creative professionals may be selected and nominated for recognition by the organization's selection committee in accordance with the applicable award criteria.

 

 

The Indie OTT Film Festival is dedicated to independent cinema, OTT productions and digital storytelling. It provides filmmakers and creators with an opportunity to showcase their work, reach new audiences and receive festival recognition.

The festival welcomes a wide range of content, including feature films, short films, web series, documentary films, music videos, advertisements, digital films, social media content, independent OTT productions and innovative forms of digital storytelling.

 

 

The People's Choice Awards provide audiences with an opportunity to participate in recognizing and celebrating their favourite films, performances, creators and digital personalities.

These awards are based on public participation and audience voting, creating a direct connection between creators and their audiences.

 

 

Our Jury Awards and Special Recognition Awards honour outstanding creative, artistic, technical and professional achievements in cinema, OTT entertainment, filmmaking and digital content.

Special recognition may also be presented to individuals who have made a significant contribution to cinema, culture, filmmaking, OTT entertainment or the wider creative community.

Selected filmmakers may also receive an opportunity to introduce their films and speak about their creative work to audiences and media representatives during festival activities.
