1. Global Eligibility: The competition is open worldwide to organizations, agencies, independent filmmakers, producers, directors, production companies, and other eligible content creators.
2. Separate Competition Categories: All competition categories are separate from one another. Each category will be judged independently, and entries will be considered only for the category in which they are submitted.
3. Eligible Content: Films, OTT feature films, web series, documentary films, short films, music videos, and other eligible audio-visual works may be submitted, subject to the requirements of the respective category.
4. Category-Specific Submission: Participants must submit their work under the appropriate competition category. A submission in one category will not automatically be considered for other categories.
5. Separate Judging: Each category will have its own eligibility criteria, judging process, and award consideration. Winning or participating in one category does not affect eligibility or consideration in another category.
6. Completion Requirement: All submitted works must have been completed before the official submission deadline announced by the festival.
7. OTT & Independent Releases: OTT feature films, web series, short films, documentaries, and other eligible audio-visual content may be submitted whether they have been officially released on an OTT platform or submitted independently, provided they meet the requirements of the relevant category.
8. One Work – Appropriate Category: Participants are responsible for selecting the correct category for each submission. If a work is eligible for more than one category, the participant may submit it separately to each applicable category, where permitted, with the required submission/entry fee for each category.
9. Eligibility Verification: The festival reserves the right to move, reject, or disqualify an entry if it does not meet the eligibility requirements of the category in which it was submitted.
10. Final Decision: The festival's decision regarding category eligibility, judging, nominations, and awards will be final.

The following Submission Guidelines are common to all eligible categories, including OTT Films, Web Series, Short Films, Documentary Films, and Music Videos:

1. Entries must be submitted through the festival's official submission partners.
2. Physical submissions will be accepted only on a Pen Drive or Hard Drive. DVD submissions will not be accepted.
3. Each submission is valid for one category only. Separate entry forms and applicable entry fees are required for each additional category.
4. All submissions are final and cannot be withdrawn once submitted.
5. Entry fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-selection, disqualification, or withdrawal of the entry.

The following Acceptance of Rules and Regulations applies to all categories and competitions conducted as part of the OTT Cinema Awards & Indie OTT Film Festival.

1. Participation in any category or competition of the OTT Cinema Awards & Indie OTT Film Festival constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.
2. By submitting an entry, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all applicable festival Rules and Regulations and that they have obtained the necessary authorization from the producer, copyright owner, or legal rights holder to submit the work.
3. The Festival Management and its authorities shall, under no circumstances, be responsible or answerable to any person other than the official applicant named on the entry form.
4. The decisions of the Festival Management shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the festival, including eligibility, selection, nominations, awards, disqualification, and interpretation of the Rules and Regulations.

All submitted works must comply with the following maximum duration limits:

1. Short Films: Must not exceed 30 minutes in duration.
2. Documentary Films: Must not exceed 40 minutes in duration.
3. One-Minute Films: Must be exactly 1 minute or less in duration.
4. Music Videos: Must not exceed 10 minutes in duration.
5. OTT Feature Films: Must not exceed 120 minutes (2 hours) in duration.
6. Web Series: Each episode submitted for consideration must not exceed 60 minutes in duration.

Important: Submissions exceeding the applicable duration limit may be considered ineligible and may be disqualified from the competition.
