1. This nomination form may be downloaded and submitted online through the official website of the People's Choice OTT Cinema Awards 2027.
2. The applicant confirms that all information provided in this form is accurate, complete, and truthful.
3. The entrant certifies that all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and clearances have been obtained for the submitted program and all related materials. The entrant must submit the program and all supporting material via Google Drive and share the access link with: info@ottcinemaaward.com
4. The People's Choice OTT Cinema Awards reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any nomination and to request additional supporting documents if required.
5. The Organization shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation, hospitality, or any other expenses incurred by nominees, guests, or representatives attending the award ceremony.
6. During the award ceremony, the organizers may screen an excerpt of up to two (2) minutes from the nominated program as part of the award presentation.
7. Excerpts of up to five (5) minutes from the nominated program, together with approved promotional materials, may be used by The Short Film Mantra, the People's Choice OTT Cinema Awards, and the Indie OTT Film Festival for award presentations, publicity, promotional campaigns, social media content, websites, television broadcasts, press coverage, and other promotional or marketing purposes related to the awards and festival.
8. Applicants are advised to review the attached nomination details and category requirements before submitting their entries.
9. Only one nomination may be submitted per form. Additional nominations must be submitted using separate nomination forms, together with the applicable nomination fee for each entry.
10. The People's Choice OTT Cinema Awards reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice.
11. All categories of the OTT Cinema Awards & Indie OTT Film Festival will be decided through public voting, and the winners will be declared based on the highest number of votes received.
12. Submission of this nomination form constitutes acceptance of all rules, regulations, and decisions of the Awards Management. All decisions of the Awards Management shall be final and binding.
