Rules & Regulations

Submission of an entry through the Official Nomination Form constitutes the entrant's acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Rules & Regulations of the People's Choice OTT Cinema Awards.

The Awards are presented in four major sections:

• OTT Film Awards
• OTT Web Series Awards
• People's Choice OTT Show Awards
• Special Jury Awards

Awards may be presented in various categories recognizing performances, technical excellence, creative achievements, and digital content creation.

• Each nomination requires a separate Nomination Form and nomination fee.
• Open to OTT Feature Films, OTT Short Films, Web Series, OTT Shows, Digital Content, Social Media Content and Content Creators.
• Content may be streamed or published on OTT platforms, YouTube channels or recognized digital platforms.
• Official nominees may participate in public voting through approved social media and digital channels.
• The Selection Committee may shortlist outstanding productions and creators for participation.

• Web Series

• Digital Content
• Social Media Content Creators
• Influencers
• Vloggers
• Podcasts & Digital Talk Shows
• Other OTT & Digital Media Productions

Entries may originate from any country, provided the content has been officially released, streamed, published, or made available on a recognized OTT, digital, or social media platform during the eligibility period.

To be eligible, the original release, streaming, publication, or first public availability must have occurred between:

This eligibility period applies exclusively to OTT Films and Web Series released or streamed on recognized OTT platforms.

• Each nomination is valid for one award category only.
• Separate Nomination Forms and fees are required for additional categories.
• A new form and payment must be submitted for every additional category.

• All nominations are final upon submission.
• Submissions cannot be withdrawn, modified, or transferred.
• The organizers reserve the right to verify all submitted information and materials.

• All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No refund will be granted for non-selection, disqualification, withdrawal, or absence from the awards ceremony.

1. Nomination Review

All nominations will be reviewed by the Selection Committee and Festival Jury.

2. Eligibility Verification

The Committee will verify eligibility, authenticity, quality, and suitability.

3. Official Nomination

Only shortlisted entries approved by the Committee become Official Nominees.

4. Announcement of Nominees

Nominees will be announced through the official website and social media channels.

5. Public Voting

Final winners will be determined through public voting.

6. Voting Integrity

Fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, automated, or purchased votes may result in disqualification.

7. Final Decision

Organizers' decisions are final and binding.

8. Right to Accept or Reject Entries

The organizers reserve the right to accept, reject, disqualify, withdraw, or remove any nomination.

9. Submission Materials

Entrants must provide complete and accurate information. Additional documents may be requested.

10. Copyright & Permissions

The entrant confirms ownership of all rights, permissions, licenses, and clearances.

11. Use of Promotional Materials

Organizers may use titles, posters, photographs, trailers, clips, and promotional materials for publicity, educational, archival, and marketing purposes.

12. No Refund Policy

All nomination, registration, and participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

13. Amendments

Organizers reserve the right to modify, amend, interpret, or update these Rules & Regulations without notice.

14. Organizers' Authority

In all matters not specifically covered, organizers' decisions shall be final and binding.

15. Acceptance

All categories of the OTT Cinema Awards & Indie OTT Film Festival will be decided through public voting. Winners will be declared based on the highest number of votes received.

Submission of an entry signifies full acceptance of these Rules & Regulations and all decisions made by the organizers and Selection Committee.
