Short Film Mantra has a team of talented short filmmakers in India. We have now introduced a new YouTube channel for short films and videos. The short film made by the Short Film Mantra team has been featured and praised in various film festivals around the country.
We are a generation that has grown up watching feature films, which would vary in length from two hours to three and a half hours, thus you might wonder what would classify as a short film. A short film can be anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 minutes.

Financial Support for Short Filmmakers
Short Film Mantra is committed to encouraging the production of meaningful short films. For the same, we would like to provide financial assistance to deserving filmmakers, provided they have a resourceful team and an inspiring concept with them.
Once the short film is made under our production house’s banner, it will be released through the Short film mantra's YouTube channel. And the filmmaker and his team will be given 10% of the revenue as per the viewership.
Short film workshop for budding Filmmakers
Short Film Mantra production house along with its Short Film Mantra Academy organizes and conducts short filmmaking workshops for budding filmmakers among school/college-going students. This workshop generally includes various topics like Basics of Film Filmmaking and Scripting, Script Writing, How to Source Ideas for a Short Film, Developing A Script, The Script Format, Preparing A Story Board For A Short Film, Budgeting, Production Planning, And Scheduling, etc.
There will also be a special workshop on the following;
Production: Camera Settings for Video, Lighting, Framing, Shot Size and Composition, Camera Movement and Equipment, Capturing Sound, Fundamentals of Film Direction, Directing Actors, and Managing the Crew.
Post Production: Editing process, Parallel cut, Editing Dialogue, Adding Sound and Music, Visual Effects, Sound Effects, Sound Design, and the FinalCut.
